Our Guided Mountain Lion hunts are done along the South Fork of the Salmon River in Idahos West Central Mountains Mountain Lions are predators, Deer & Elk are prey every winter the two meet on our 30 mile stretch along the South Fork of the Salmon River in prime winter range for game providing you with the opportunity to track, tree, and harvest a monster, Mountain Lion! Its mother nature at her best – the Elk and Deer herds migrate down to the river, the cats await their arrival and your right in the mix of it all! We have some of the best hunting for Idaho Mountain Lions, with a high number of population and the perfect winter range and terrain to increase your chances for a successful Hunt!
Guided Idaho Mountain Lion Hunts
For the past several years our success rate has been high for harvesting big Mountain Lions. Naturally, this is one of our most popular hunts. It is a physically challenging hunt since tracking the big cat is required. We strongly suggest you arrive in top physical condition, so you may enjoy and participate in this heart-pounding chase across Idaho’s Beautiful Back Country!
Our Mountain Lion Hunts are done from December 4th through March 31st. We provide lodging in our cabin out of Yellow Pine, Idaho along with meals. We drive from Yellow Pine 15 miles to the South Fork where we begin looking for tracks, our highly trained dogs know how to get the job done! All in all, when you get that Big Tom Treed it is one of the most heart-pounding and worthwhile hunts you will ever experience, just be ready for the chase and we will do everything in our power to make sure you harvest a Big Idaho Mountain Lion!
If at all possible we recommend keeping your hunting dates flexible because weather plays a big factor and when all of the elements come together your chances of a successful hunt are dramatically increased! During these Hunts, you could also have an opportunity to harvest a Beautiful Bob-Cat and Wolf Pelt !!!!

Trip Cancellation Insurance from your local Insurance provider is recommended! Initial Deposit is Nonrefundable. If an unforeseen event happens trip can be rolled over to the next year.
